In 1924, the manager of Singsian Tutorial Academy provided the land around the Singsian Tutorial Academy and plan to build to be Yuanlin Park.

Zhong-zheng village is a lively place in Yuanlin Township. There is a long history of the Zhong-shan Park which is a summer resort. You can feel pleasant scenery, and hear cicala sing, and see fish in the pond.

There are a lot of old man who play chess and talk in the park.
Until 2006, the Singsian Tutorial Academy was rebuild.  Yunalin Park into the face of today
