In 1989, Yuanlin Township's population was over 120,000, more than 10 years have passed, and still now or 120,000 people, not increase, but also decrease. In the past, there are many tourist came to visit Baiguo Mountain, but now no longer flourishing. Last year ,in the process of election, Zongxian felt that the folks of the Yuanlin township Look forward with hope. In past, perhaps we walked very slow and very difficult, but at least the heart we wanted to move forward is the same.
As long as we are clear objectives and work hand in hand together, we will be able to gradually realize the hopes of hometown. One of Zongxian’s new vision is to create a happy prosperous Yuanlin Township.

In past, when I was a councilors of Chunghua County, I have been a deeper understanding of development of the Yuanlin Township. In the same time, I also found that Yuanlin Township has infinite potential for development, and this potential is waiting to be motivated. Now I was elected to be the supervisor of Yuanlin Township. In addition to, I will use my personal political experience in the past, I also will rely on advanced professional colleagues of Yuanlin Township Office. Let’s keep working hard for the common development of the town government.

Yuanlin Township want to be a prosperity city. It is imperative that the implementation of the town to 186 hectares of urban development plans. This 186 hectares land development, has been delayed by 20 years. It is significant impaction about the town's traffic and economic development.

Secondly, Baiguo Mountain’s conserve was famous, and Baiguo Mountain was also a scenic area and attract many tourists. Now Baiguo Mountain is on the wane. It is important to re-plan Baiguo Mountain, and build conserve museum such as the construction of many facilities. Therefor, Baigguo Mountain will be able to restore the lively scene of the past

Third, The flooding problem is still exists, So I will coincide with the "eight years of 116 billion" flood management plan and the Magistrate of Chunghua County (Cho,Po-Yuan) to reform the town water conservancy facilities. Let the nightmare of flooding, stay away from us, does not happen again.

Zongxian attach importance to the care of the people. In recent years, the unemployment rate has risen, and often shocking in some unfortunate events. The future, Zongxian hope that all colleagues have to be conscientious and responsible, and work with employment counselling units and vendors to establish information platform to help provide job opportunities.

When Zongxian was inaugurated as supervisor of Yuanlin Township Office. I have to face debt problems of Yuanlin Township Office. Yuanlin township office currently has more than 200 million NT dollars debt. In 2006, the budget of year is about 700 million NT dollars. Excluding personnel costs, have nothing left. The most important thing is raise money and ask for help from higher-level units.

The future development of Yuanlin Township is multi-faceted. What we need is a complete, forward-looking, planning and development of the vision. Zongxian has just mentioned is just a few key point of the future development of Yuanliin Township. Of cause, there are welfare policy that we should continue to work hard and promote. Zongxian would use a young, dynamic, forward-looking thinking and bring a refreshing change and progress for Yuanlin folks.
